On Wednesday morning, Chairman David Rafferty and senior officials from the club welcomed Trade Centre UK Brand Ambassador Mike Doyle and Director of People Adam Sherief to Holebottom Clough.
Since signing a three-year sponsorship agreement in April, Trade Centre UK have taken a keen interest in the club at every level.
During their visit, they received a presentation highlighting the club’s achievements, including the recent success of being able to field four senior Saturday men’s teams, the impressive performances of the women’s team both locally during the winter and on the international stage in Malta, as well as hearing about the thriving junior section, growth in girls cricket as well as ongoing developments off the field.
The meeting also explored the opportunities for collaboration on various community engagement projects, with discussions on how Trade Centre can work alongside the club on upcoming initiatives and events.
Reflecting on the meeting, Chairman David Rafferty said, “It was great to welcome Mike and Adam to the Clough. The meeting was incredibly positive, and I’m excited about the many ways we can work with Trade Centre UK in the months and years ahead. Their enthusiasm for growing and developing this partnership was great and we look forward to welcoming them back on a weekend so they can see first hand how the club is thriving on and off the field.”
